Ages 4-17 yrs | playing with a purpose
Children must be potty trained (i.e. pull-ups) and able to feed themselves.

play differently is a unique indoor play-space for children with developmental disabilities that focuses on sensory regulation.

play differently is Missouri's first sensory and motor room in a church house that uses state-of-the-art Snoezelen equipment donated by Hand of Hope.  This equipment gives each child the multi-sensory feedback that provides calming and regulation to their system while they play with a purpose.

Studies show that nearly 50% of special needs parents said they refrained from attending church because their child was not included or welcomed. We are very excited to be able to offer parents and families a safe and specifically designed developmental environment for their child as well as a time of respite and fellowship for themselves.
